The Beach house apartments include four units, two on the ground floor and two on the upper floor. All four apartments share a washer and dryer, a shared grill, and an outdoor shower. Additionally, each unit has its private picnic table. The first-floor unit includes one designated parking spot, while the second-floor unit includes two parking spots.
The Beach House 1st-floor apartment features one bedroom with two double beds, one queen sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and one bathroom with a shower and tub. The family room is a sitting, dining, and kitchen area is one spacious room. You enter the family room first.
During the peak of the season, we require a 7-night minimum from Saturday to Saturday.
The Beach House 1st Floor has a maximum occupancy of 6 people (including adults, children, toddlers, and infants). Please note there is an additional charge for the 5th and 6th person. Price includes up to 4 guests (children ages two and under are free). An extra cost will applied per person of $20/night.
