Two Bedrooms, two Bathrooms Apartment

The Beach house apartments include four units, two on the ground floor and two on the upper floor. All four apartments share a washer and dryer, a shared grill, and an outdoor shower. Additionally, each unit has its private picnic table. The first-floor unit includes one designated parking spot, while the second-floor unit includes two parking spots.
The Beach House 2nd-floor apartment has 1 1/2 floors with a total of two bedrooms. One bedroom with two double beds, one bedroom with one queen bed, one queen sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms one with a shower and tub and the other with a stand-up shower, and two balconies.
The family room is in the front, it consists of a sitting, dining, and kitchen area in one spacious room. The one bathroom is in the middle and the first bedroom is in the back, separated by a door, and has a sliding glass door that opens to the private balcony.
The second bathroom and the bedroom with 2 double beds are on the second floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped for a family of 8, with granite countertops, a full-size stainless steel refrigerator, an oven, a dishwasher, and a microwave. The balcony with the private picnic table has a view of the courtyard.
During the peak season, we require a 7-night minimum from Saturday to Saturday.
The Beach house apartment consists of two units on the 1st floor and two units on the second floor. The washer, dryer, courtyard, BBQ, and outside shower are shared by the 4 units. Each unit has there private picnic table. Each First-floor units have one parking spot, and the 2nd Floor units have two designated parking spots each.
The Beach house 1st-floor apartment features one bedroom with two double beds, one queen sleeper sofa, a full kitchen, and one bathroom with a shower and tub.

The kitchen is fully equipped for a family of 6, with a ceramic floor, granite countertops, a full-size stainless steel refrigerator, an oven, a dishwasher, and a microwave.
During the peak season, we require a 7 Nights Minimum from Saturday to Saturday.
Maximum occupancy of 6 people (including babies). Please note there is an additional charge for the 5th and 6th person.

A deposit of two or three day’s rental is required to confirm reservations. Payments or Reservations are non-transferable. Guest responsible for all nights reserved. Reservations will be held until 5:00 PM unless notified. No refunds for cancellations or early departure. All rates subject to New Jersey Sales Tax and Tourism Taxes. Balance of reservation due upon registration, no personal checks please! Misrepresentation voids reservation. Guest check-in 3:00 PM – check out before 10:00 AM. No unregistered guests allowed.
