The Coconut House consists of one unit on the 1st floor and one unit on the second floor. The BBQ and outside shower is shared by the 2 units. Each unit has its private picnic table. The First-floor unit has one parking spot, and 2nd Floor unit has two designated parking spots.

The Coconut 2nd floor apartment features 3 bedrooms, the first one has 2 double beds, the second bedroom has 1 queen bed, and the third one has 1 double bed. The apartment also has area 1 sleeper sofa, a full kitchen, and 2 bathrooms one with a shower and tub and the second one with a standing shower.

 You first enter the common area and one of the bedrooms is on your left. The two other bedrooms are located in the back of the apartment which are side by side separated by private doors. The sitting area and dining table are in the family room. The brand new kitchen is fully equipped for a family of 8 with ceramic tile floors, granite countertops, a full-size stainless steel refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, and a stacked washer and dryer.

During the peak season, we required a 7-night minimum from Saturday to Saturday.

The Coconut House 2nd has a maximum occupancy of 9 people (including adults, children, toddlers, and infants). 
Please note there is an additional charge for the 7th, 8th and 9th person.
Price includes up to 6 guests (children ages two and under are free). An extra cost will applied per person of $20/night.

A deposit of two or three day’s rental is required to confirm reservations. Payments or Reservations are non-transferable. Guest responsible for all nights reserved. Reservations will be held until 5:00 PM unless notified. No refunds for cancellations or early departure. All rates subject to New Jersey Sales Tax and Tourism Taxes. Balance of reservation due upon registration, no personal checks please! Misrepresentation voids reservation. Guest check-in 3:00 PM – check out before 10:00 AM. No unregistered guests allowed.
