The Tiki House has a maximum occupancy of 14 people (including adults, children, toddlers, and infants). 
Please note there is an additional charge for the 11th, 12th, 13th, and 14th person.
Price includes up to 10 guests (children ages two and under are free). An extra cost will applied per person of $20/night.

Policies

1. Deposit Policy
Deposits, payments, or reservation are not transferable to another guest or to a future reservation and are applied to the last nights of your stay. The customer is responsible for the entire number of days reserved. There are no refunds for cancellations or early departures. Misrepresentation of a reservation effectively voids reservation with no refund. Reservations are held until 7:00 pm unless notified of later arrival time. We are not responsible for event changes, or acts of nature. All children and infants must be included in the room occupancy total.

2. Payment
The balance due on arrival can be in cash, money order or combined.
If you wish to use a credit card (Visa, Master Card or Discover), there is a 4% service charge, on the balance due.
BALANCE ON SPECIALS, BEACH HOUSE, CONDO, MOANA TIKI VILLA, QUIET COTTAGE, AND COCONUT, MUST BE PAID IN CASH OR MONEY ORDER ONLY.

3. Just a reminder
All guest rooms are non-smoking. The amenities at the Ala Moana & Suites are provided for registered Ala Moana guests only. We provide a bike rack next to the swimming pool. We apologize but please no bikes in the rooms or on balconies. Sorry, we do not pet-friendly.

4. Parking
Off-street parking is available for one car per unit only (Motel, Cottage, Coconut 1st Fl. and Beach House 1st Fl.).
Two cars assigned off-street parking is available for (Condo, Beach House 2nd fl., Coconut 2nd fl.,)
Three off-street parking is available for the Tiki house. Upon check-in, we will request your car information, including your license plate number.
