Suite B1 features two queen beds and a convenient queen sleeper sofa, ensuring comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone. Suite B1 includes a fully equipped kitchen, a completely tiled bathroom with a shower and tub, or a newly renovated bathroom with a stand-up shower.
Our kitchens are stocked with all the essentials for preparing meals and snacks for families of up to 6 people, including pots, pans, dishes, cookware, and eating utensils. Distinctive features include ceramic tile floors, modern kitchen amenities, granite countertops, a stainless-steel refrigerator, a two-burner cooktop, and a microwave. The layout of this unit, has the living room located at the front, the kitchen in the middle, and the private bedroom at the back, creating a perfect flow for relaxation. We prioritize cleanliness, ensuring a spotless environment. The brick wall and subdued lighting add a touch of ambiance.
Rooms Suite B1 has a maximum of 6 people, including babies. Please note that there is an additional charge for the 5th and 6th person.

Difference Between Suite B and B1
The only difference is the location and the size of the balcony and beds. Suite B includes two double beds. Suite B1 has two queen beds. The balcony suite B1 is wider and deeper than balcony suite B. The balcony suite B is smaller and less private than a regular balcony. Suite B1 is located at the end of the corridor, the corner and suite B is near the staircase. The picture above shows the difference.

1. Deposit Policy
Deposit/Reservation
- Please note the following before making a reservation and deposit to room reservation:
- A deposit of 50% of your stay is required to confirm reservations.
- Deposits, payments, or reservations are not transferable to another guest or a future reservation and are applied to the last nights of your stay.
- The customer is responsible for the entire number of days reserved.
- There are no refunds for cancellations or early departures.
- Misrepresentation of a reservation effectively voids reservation with no refund.
- Reservations are held until 6:00 pm unless notified of a later arrival time.
- We are not responsible for event changes, or acts of nature.
- All rates subject to New Jersey Sales Tax and Tourism Taxes at $13.625%.
- Balance of reservation due upon registration, no personal checks on arrival are accepted.
- Guest check-in 3:00 PM – check out before 10:00 AM.
- No unregistered guests are allowed.
- All children and infants must be included in the room occupancy total.
2. Payment
The balance due on arrival can be in cash, money order, or combined.
If you wish to use a credit card (Visa, Master Card, or Discover), there is a 4% service charge, on the balance due.
BALANCE ON SPECIALS, BEACH HOUSE, CONDO, MOANA TIKI VILLA, QUIET COTTAGE, AND COCONUT, MUST BE PAID IN CASH OR MONEY ORDER ONLY.
3. Just a reminder
All guest rooms are non-smoking. The amenities at the Ala Moana & Suites are provided for registered Ala Moana guests only. We provide a bike rack next to the swimming pool. We apologize but please no bikes in the rooms or on balconies. Sorry, we are not pet-friendly.
Quiet hours
- 10:00 p.m. to 8 a.m. Televisions, voices, or other devices must be kept at a respectful low level at all times.
- Doors should be opened and closed quietly. No congregating or running in halls.
- If disturbing the peace and quiet of the other guests, you will be asked to leave immediately.
4. Parking
Off-street parking is available for one car per unit only (Motel, Cottage, Coconut 1st Fl. and Beach House 1st Fl.).
Two cars assigned off-street parking is available for (Condo, Beach House 2nd fl., Coconut 2nd fl.,)
Three off-street parking is available for the Tiki house. Upon check-in, we will request your car’s information, including your license plate number.
