The pool view one-bedroom suite D features two double beds, a sitting area with 1 queen sleeper sofa, a kitchenette, and a bathroom fully tiled with a shower and tub.
The kitchenette is fully equipped for a family of 6. The living room is in the front, the kitchenette in the middle, and the bedroom is in the back. The room has ceramic tile floors, a new kitchenette with granite countertops, a two-burner cooktop, a full-size stainless steel refrigerator, and a microwave.
Maximum occupancy is 6 people (including babies). Please note there is an additional charge for the 5th and 6th person.

Difference Between Suite D & D1
The difference is the size of the beds. The pool view balcony suite D includes two double beds. The Suite D1 has two queen beds. Please note only Suite D & D1 are pool view.

A deposit of two or three day’s rental is required to confirm reservations. Payments or Reservations are non-transferable. Guest responsible for all nights reserved. Reservations will be held until 5:00 PM unless notified. No refunds for cancellations or early departure. All rates subject to New Jersey Sales Tax and Tourism Taxes. Balance of reservation due upon registration, no personal checks please! Misrepresentation voids reservation. Guest check-in 3:00 PM – check out before 10:00 AM. No unregistered guests allowed.

1. Deposit Policy
Deposits, payments, or reservations are not transferable to another guest or to future reservation and are applied to the last nights of your stay. The customer is responsible for the entire number of days reserved. There are no refunds for cancellations or early departures. Misrepresentation of a reservation effectively voids reservation with no refund. Reservations are held until 7:00pm unless notified of later arrival time. We are not responsible for event changes, or acts of nature. All children and infants must be included in the room occupancy total.
2. Payment
The balance due on arrival can be in cash, money order or combined.
If you wish to use a credit card (Visa, Master Card or Discover), there is a 4% service charge, on the balance due.
BALANCE ON SPECIALS, BEACH HOUSE, CONDO, MOANA TIKI VILLA, QUIET COTTAGE AND COCONUT, MUST BE PAID IN CASH OR MONEY ORDER ONLY.
3. Just a reminder
All guest rooms are non-smoking. The amenities at the Ala Moana & Suites are provided for registered Ala Moana guests only. We provide a bike rack next to the swimming pool. We apologize, but please no bikes in the rooms or on balconies. Sorry we are not pet friendly.
4. Parking
Off-street parking is available for one car per unit only (Motel, Cottage, Coconut 1st Fl. and Beach House 1st Fl.).
Two car assigne off-street parking is available for (Condo, Beach House 2nd fl., Coconut 2nd fl.,)
Three off-street parking is available for the Tiki house. Upon check-in, we will request your car information, including your license plate number.
